These terms describe how you can use ChessGyan products. By creating an account, you agree to follow them.
Accounts & eligibility
You need a ChessGyan account to publish PGNs, save lessons, or play rated games. You must be 13+ or have guardian consent.
Acceptable use
- No cheating software, rating manipulation, or harassment.
- Respect intellectual property. Upload only content you have rights to share.
- Do not probe our infrastructure or attempt to bypass rate limits.
Payments & subscriptions
Premium features renew monthly unless canceled. Refund requests are handled by billing@chessgyan.com.
Suspension or termination
We may disable accounts that violate policies or legal requirements. You can request data export before deletion.
Liability
ChessGyan is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access but will make commercially reasonable efforts to keep services online.
